So here goes, our first weekly blog on the website. A weekly blog is something I have wanted to do since the site went live but unfortunately life is busy (as I am sure you all know). I have spent the last few months making sure the website is where we want it to be and although it isn’t quite perfect we are almost there.
The purpose of the weekly blog is to give you an update or insight into Central Galaxy Coventry. This week I do not have much to report, we have had one last quiet weekend before the national competition season starts in a couple of weeks.
Next weekend we look forward to attending the Activ8 Invitational Competition in Birmingham with 37 of our gymnasts and the following weekend some of our elite gymnasts start the process to qualify for the English Championships.
On a different note I thought it would be nice to share with you that yesterday the club started an April challenge of 30 burpees for 30 days… I will report back next week to let you know how it’s going.
