FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do you offer a taster session?
We offer a free taster session for all our afterschool sessions.
2. Do you have a waiting list?
Some of our classes do have a waiting list but we will always offer a different day with a space with the option to move at a later date.
3. How do we pay?
Payments are to be made through coacha – all children will be registered to coacha and a DD for weekly classes will be set up.
4. Do you run during school holidays?
Yes, we run through all school holidays with the exception of a weeks closure in the summer and at Christmas.
5. What should I wear?
Sports clothing, ideally shorts and t-shirt or a leotard. Socks (ideally white) must be worn on the trampoline. No jeans, skirts or jewellery.
6. Where should I go?
When arriving please wait in reception or the viewing area – at the start of your child’s session a coach will open the door to the gym.
7. Who can I speak too?
You are welcome to speak with your child’s coach at the beginning or end of a session, please do not interrupt them mid session. Alternatively you can email us at info@centralgalaxycoventrytc.co.uk with any questions.
8. I unfortunately want to leave, who do I contact?
